Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe rates are too high for someone to get shot or robbed every other week, awful paint jobs and barely cleaned units. I have a stove that's from 1912 and other people have newer ones and that makes no sense. Offer better quality or drop the rates.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed my stay at The Block Townhomes. The only wish I had is to have access to a gym on the premises. Keep the programs coming and I already signed my lease for next year.

The management has changed so much sometimes it is hard to keep up and also we are paying for a furnished apartment and all of the furniture isn't in there. Other than that the apartment is a great price for what you get

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall, my experience has been good. Maintenance is quick and the staff is friendly. There are a few drawbacks though. Parking is terrible if you want to have guests and the street is always loud and busy.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt was cool. It has started to have some drama, however not much to worry about. The staff was cool when I was there but I’m really not sure about the new people.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have no issues with any of the people here. The staff at the leasing office are great as well. The maintenance crew have sorta treated me like I was lying to them about our A C leak before but once I showed them the leak, it was fine. My biggest issue is with parking. I have friends. I like to hang out with my friends at my apartment. What I don't like is my friends, parking in the correct spot, risking getting towed because they don't have a slip of paper saying they're a guest.
