Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesFriendly staff. Maintenance is very down to earth and always fixes things pretty quick. Neighborhood is fairly quiet for the most part. Right in the middle of town, so you’re pretty close to everything.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesreally enjoy living here at The Block. For me, it is a convenient location because it is not far from Mississippi State's campus as I am a student. For any issues that I have, the office is a short walk, call, or email away. I commend the staff workers for their diligent work, especially Dominique, Julia, and Myrisha The only downside I have is the older appliances, but it is made up for in great resident service

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesReally nice apartments. It is mostly nice and quiet, so noisy neighbors and all aren't an issue. The only downside is the parking. There's barely enough, so its hard when people have guest.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesStaff is new and friendly but rent gets higher with no new renovations. Still no amenities rent is still rising. I wouldn't recommend living here.
