Upon moving in the unit wasn’t cleaned to it’s full potential, it’s a lot of dust in ALL the vents im allergic to dust, the sink looks a rusted out around the drain part a few dents in the wall, but other than that everything is good.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt has been a good stay here. The new management has done good work. They respond on time. Even the work orders are completed on time. Only problem right now is the late night noise disturbance caused by cars on weekends.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been staying here since Spring 2020. My experience has been pretty nice. I find the management to be cooperative. Though on weekends there are few disturbances late night due to some random car drivers.

The management’s response to COVID and the measure they put in place to ensure the safety of residents was outstanding. The maintenance team have been wonderful, and still work to around the clock to make sure everything is good in your apartment. However, security at the residence is appalling. I think management should improve security.

First, I am a student at MSU, the location here is perfect. It's nor far. And we have a shuttle station. It's very convenient. And it's not like living inside of the university. It's quite here which is very helpful for my studies.

I understand the place is under new management and you are working to improve, but you have to update the appliances My stove is too old, my washer can't handle small loads, and my AC vents are a fire hazard....
