Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI ve lived here for almost 2 years now, it had its ups and downs of course, some misunderstood, but in general the Social Block is a nice place to live, specially if you go to MSU, since is right on the side of the campus.
There had been some changes lately, some for good, some I am not sure if they are or not good.
The strong of the social used to be the efficacy of the maintenance staff, they got stuff done right Now it seems that they want to cut some costs, and they are not as good as once was.
Ms Julia is the manager, she is the best person in there to talk about your problems, she is very friendly, and does not step in eggs when talking to you. I like her very much.
I hope they keep working on the maintenance issue, and get it back to what it was
The community can vary, most of the time they are very nice and silent very important , but again if there is a problem, Ms Julia is on top of it

Whenever we need something to be fixed the maintenance team is very quick about coming and taking care of things. We love our townhouse. My son loves his BLUE HOUSE. Glad we chose to stay for another year. It was an easy decision.

The staff here are also very friendly and enthusiastic to help solve various problems. I like to take a walk in the community in the evening, although I need to wear a mask now, the environment here is very beautiful.
