The maintenance team is kinda lacking and it takes months to get things addressed and you constantly have to call the office to get any movement on maintenance requests. Over a month now since I’ve had a working stove oven or air conditioner.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’m enjoying my stay at the social block and townhomes..the complex is safe and quiet, my neighbors aren’t a problem, office staffs are friendly and do there best to resolve any issue that you may experience.., the only con is maintenance due to stains in the tub maintenance had to come by and do a fix so I was asked not to use the tub for about 2 days, so I went and stayed with my parents just to come back and issue still wasn’t resolved and the mess they made from trying to make the tub look better wasnt cleaned up.. still to this day the tub hasn’t been finished nor has they been by to get their products that they used. The tub is usable but the job hasn’t been finished.. other then the lack of maintenance everything is good and the stay is 10 10
