On move-in day, the staff was ready and waiting to assist. They had even arranged for a designated parking area for the moving truck, which made loading and unloading a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything went according to plan.
Overall, my move-in experience was fantastic I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a new home. If the move-in process is any indication of how the management operates, I’m confident I’ll enjoy my time here immensely

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience, here at the SB, has not been a positive one. I had no hot water for over 2 weeks and no air. That turned into a mild flood into two rooms. Now I’m experiencing issues with mold in which I feel my health has been affected after two months of smelling it. Also, I think I’ve seen more roaches than actual people at this apartment complex.
