Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Block Town Homes were aesthetically a nice place to live. However, there were many issues I had regarding safety of my property. My car was broken into at least once and my patio furniture was taken. The process applying, moving in, and leaving was fairly easy. Not much long waiting.

Alexus was super healpful at letting me know all the information I need and worked with me on my time frame to move in. If I had any issues she was able to fix it I highly recommend the block for anyone looking for a place because not only is it affordable, the staff is great
|Recommended: YesOverall Everything Is Good — I would recommend others to live here but I would rather have more parking and lower noise levels.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAlexus is literally THE BEST She is so personable and tries extremely hard to ensure everyone has exactly what they want need The apt. Is nice appliances could be newer but they're fine . The apt. Was exactly how they said it would be.. UNLIKE THE POINTE, which was absolutely the worst place to live. Upon moving in, the walls were freshly painted, the carpets were not replaced because they had just been replaced a year ago but were deep cleaned prior to move-in and looked great Very satisfied.
