Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAfter the initial move-in things have gotten better as for maintenance concerns and customer service however, when it comes to email, I don’t ever get any response to emails and I have to always call or just go to the office with my concerns.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat community There are so many events even with COVID going on, the property has adapted and thought of ways to keep their community events alive. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Giving 4 1 2 stars because of the roads and noise. There are deep drain craters on the college station side and on the polos side there are some parts that could be fixed. I live close to the basketball court and I hear loud music and people screaming often but it’s bothersome when it’s after quiet hours 10pm .

Very roomy townhomes. I enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Everyone minds their own business pretty much. I’m glad i moved here

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy dog got parvo from the dog park and apparently it’s a known issue from talking to other park-goers, but otherwise it’s a nice place. Wish something would be done about the people reving their engines super high and squealing tires in the parking lots sometimes though.
