Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s been great and I love the apartment and the set up. My roommate is also great and it’s a great community to be apart of. Very quiet. I also know a couple of my neighbors that live in the same vicinity so it’s amazing seeing them from time to time.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesDecent for for my first apartment. There were a few minor things that could be adjusted to make the stay a lot better. I would recommend this apartment to a college student who is getting their first apartment just for the price of the rent each month.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEverything is close by all the restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, and stores. The university is walking distance from here or we can take the free bus that stops in on the other side of this complex to different parts of starkville and etc.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI absolutely love living here. The management and employees are super nice. The apartments are great and maintenance is pretty fast at getting stuff done. I’ve lived here almost a year and I haven’t really had a bad experience yet. The fitness center is pretty spacious. The parcel room is very convenient as well as the office area and the “study” space we have at the clubhouse. I see the boys out playing basketball all the time and they seem to enjoy it. The pool stays pretty clean as well and the dog park is so adorable
